Policy

Most all orders if not on hand ships from hair factory in China (processing and shipping is still the same). Shipping and processing time for all hair orders is 5-7 business days. Keep in mind due to lace shortage and Covid restrictions shipping and processing can be delayed up to 7-10 business day. This does not include weekends or holidays. Be sure to leave your email or phone number to receive updates on your package. Do not book any appointments until you have received your hair. It is very important that you wait for hair to arrive to book and also purchase hair within a reasonable time frame. All deposits are non-refundable.Any order placed after 1:30 pm will be processed the next business day. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

KodeRed Extensions will not be held responsible for any damaged, loss or stolen products due to shipping company. Once order has been shipped off any claims must be filed with the shipment company. 

Wig orders

Please choose and provide us with your right head size.  We are not responsible for you choosing or measuring the wrong size. Please do not force wig on and be sure to have hair braided as flat as possible to decrease a lumpy look. If you damage wig trying to force it on you are held responsible. All custom wig orders are final. 

Shipping and billing address must match or you will be issued a refund. All orders flagged as fraudulent will be cancelled and refunded. Refunds of this nature can take up to 7 business days to show up in your account. So please be aware when checking out to make sure everything matches up. We will notify you of fraudulent activity and let you know your payment could not be taken. 

 

Due to Covid-19 all sales are FINAL.
