- Should I get my wig customized? It is highly recommended if you are self installing units with no background in installations. But if you have a stylist, most would prefer to customize themselves.
- How do I care for my wig? Proper care and maintenance is very necessary for longevity of wig. They should be washed and conditioned before use (If selecting customization our team does this for you).You should treat your units like you would treat your hair. So every 3-4 weeks wash and condition unit again. Lace replacements are highly suggested after 3 installs using adhesive glue or sprays. Use a heat protectant always when applying heat.
- How should I put hair up at night? Section hair into 2. Twist or braid hair. Tie edges with either a silk, satin or elastic wrap. Pin hair up with hair scrunches or just put up in bonnet. Do the same thing before bathing,working out and showering.
- How to take care of curly hair? Always use a wig brush and start detangling hair from ends to roots. Use water and never brush hair while dry. Highly recommended products for our curly hair is AUSSIE (can be found in Walmart).
- How long will my order take? If selecting no to customization your wig will ship out within 24 to 48 hours after purchasing. Processing and shipping is 3-5 business days. Custom orders can take 5-7 business days.
